Security verification
Cloudflare Turnstile checks protected forms to reduce automated abuse. It contacts Cloudflare for security verification. Owner access uses authenticator MFA and one-use recovery codes; keep setup keys and recovery codes private.
Creator accounts, teams and player profiles
Permanent player names, profile images, team details and reviewed match performances are public. A player may represent multiple teams. Squad membership alone is not counted as a match appearance. Team owners and managers control current squads; original match lineups remain separately recorded.
Account passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes. Recovery codes are shown once; this installation does not provide email recovery. Team owners cannot rename shared player identities. Corrections and historical profile links are reviewed and recorded with the acting account in the administration history. Contact support about inaccurate links or removal requests.

The operator may update these notices as the service changes. Mandatory rights and obligations under applicable law remain available; these notices do not certify compliance for every jurisdiction.
Strictly necessary access cookies
Creating a match does not require an account. Optional creator accounts use a username, display name, salted password hash and hashed recovery code. An essential HTTP-only cookie retains account access for up to 30 days. A separate signed browser cookie supports anonymous match creation. Umpire and Director PINs still control match access.
PINs are stored as salted hashes. Delegated sessions expire after twelve hours. The operator’s owner login is separate from the public creator flow. Keep PINs and downloaded access receipts private.
Strictly necessary browser storage
Match records, revisions, photographs and support messages remain in the configured database or object storage until the operator removes them. This installation does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed schedule.
Image trash is reversible. Browser storage keeps cached scorebooks and pending deliveries on that device. Export pending changes before clearing browser data. Contact the operator for deletion requests.
Optional analytics
No analytics or advertising scripts are installed in this release. Optional embedded media can contact the third-party provider after you permit and start playback.
